What are the strengths that have helped you become the successful realtor that you are?
First, knowledge. I’ve lived in Las Vegas since 1974 so I know the city well. Second, effective communication. Third, Follow up, Follow up, Follow up. Whether potential clients want to buy, sell, or just ask for professional advice, my approach is always 5-Star, with the goal of being their “Realtor for Life.” It takes much more time and effort to conduct business in such an extended way, but my clients know that they are more than just customers.
Is there an area or style of a residential home in Las Vegas that you specialize in for buyers and sellers? Mid-range to luxury, active adult communities, and high rises.
How would you describe your ownership mentality in the real estate process?
When looking for the perfect property for my buyer clients, I always employ a rigorous set of principles and techniques to uncover the best gems, deals, and value.
When listing a property, I create a strategic marketing plan to get the highest price possible as quickly as possible. When I have clients who are relocating from out of state, I provide them with valuable information about the Las Vegas market to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
I approach both buying and selling business transactions as if they are my own, so I take an “ownership mentality in the process.” Understanding how the housing market has evolved and where it’s going is a very important aspect to real estate and only comes with extensive experience in business ranging from the modest to the multimillion-dollar properties. This is one of the reasons my referral business has sustained most of my business.
What area of Las Vegas do you live in and what are do you enjoy most about your neighborhood and community?
I live in Southern Highlands – it’s beautiful! I love riding my bike through the community and have wonderful neighbors. It’s a convenient location, close to the airport and strip. The area has lots of parks and trails, private schools, restaurants, and shops. One of my favorite restaurants to frequent is Zest; they offer great service and delicious food.
Vegas has many exciting shows, restaurants, sporting events and more. What are some of your favorite things to do in the city?
I have seen so many changes throughout the years and I feel that this is the most exciting time to live here. I love our hockey team the Vegas Golden Knights, shopping, and the food scene in Las Vegas. While the hotels and casinos have so much to offer, so do the beautiful mountains and areas such as Red Rock to sightsee and hike. There is always something to do and the sense of community has never been stronger.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
My relationship with my clients does not end after the transaction is over. Buying a home is a very personal experience; many of my clients have become my closest friends. I look at it as if I was helping my own family. Beyond buying or selling the home, if a client needs another contact I have a vast network of resources that I am happy to share. I only refer people and companies that have a stellar reputation, so I know they are in good hands when I introduce them to any of my contacts. Each year I produce a client appreciation party. It’s a special event that my clients always look forward to and it’s just another way of showing my appreciation for their continued support.
